Kathryn Tohill has been working for the Starlight Children’s Foundation for the past 15 years, beginning as a Captain Starlight at the Royal Children’s Hospital and travelling around Australia and the UK in the role.

 

Kathryn brings her vast experience in Starlight’s programs to her role as manager of the Spark Accelerator. She leads her team in creative collaborations on a wide range of projects with a focus on future technology.  Most recently, Kathryn has implemented the team for Starlight’s digital program Planet Starlight, connecting kids to exceptional digital experiences nationally. 

 

Kathryn graduated Monash University Bachelor of Performing Arts with Honours and has been working as an Actor and Producer in Melbourne for the past 20 years, working in immersive theatre, cabaret, and improvisation.

 

Following on from completing a Specialist Certificate in Creativity and Health at The University of Melbourne, Kathryn is now studying a Master of Business (Arts and Cultural Management) at Deakin.
