Kelly Tallon is the Acting Executive Manager of Strategy, Engagement, & Research at the eSafety Commissioner (eSafety), Australia’s online safety educator and regulator.  Her branch leads eSafety’s research and evaluation programme, its industry and international engagement, and its regulatory and strategic policy work, including the development of position statements on emerging online safety issues.

Kelly has a legal background and has held a variety of NGO and government roles working on issues at the intersection of tech policy and human and children’s rights.
